You’re probably thinking, Wow, that looks like a lot of pages. What do I have to do? Continue reading to get instructions.

Step 1: Obtain a hard copy, either directly from Student Services or by opening the PDF and printing it (click the Pop-Out arrow, click “Open Original” in the top right-hand corner, then click “Save” or “Print”). You must submit a hard copy; no digital copies accepted.

Next, fill out the Release Information Forms on pg. 6-8. You must complete all sections (A-F). Financial Information is required for the Ludwika Coljak award and is otherwise optional.

Go through the list of awards and bursaries to decide which ones you will apply for. Make sure you check the conditions and requirements as some awards are only available to students who meet the criteria. Apply for anything and everything you can – who knows, you might be the only person to apply for something! Check off the awards you are applying for on the “Award Checklist”.

For each award you are applying for, you must print and complete an Application Cover. Attach each one to the Cover Letter for each award you are applying to. A Sample Cover letter is included in the package. Use the sample as a starting point and make it personal.

Finally, use the “Did you remember…” checklist to make sure that your application package is complete before you submit it to Student Services. If you need assistance at any point, head down to Student Services and Mrs. Humphreys will be glad to help!
